Car Park Ventilation Systems
Airdynamix specialises in servicing and maintaining mechanical ventilation systems used in enclosed and underground car parks. Vehicle exhaust gases contain carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), which can accumulate in poorly ventilated areas and present serious health risks.

Mechanical ventilation systems remove contaminated air and introduce fresh air to maintain safe air quality within enclosed parking environments.
Many modern car parks utilise gas monitoring systems that detect CO levels and automatically activate exhaust ventilation when gas concentrations increase.
Under AS 1851 – Routine Service of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment, gas monitoring systems and associated ventilation systems may form part of essential building services and require regular testing and maintenance.
Airdynamix provides six-monthly testing and calibration of CO and NO₂ sensors, along with servicing of exhaust and supply fans, ductwork repairs and ventilation system fault finding.
Where new fans are installed or existing systems upgraded, Airdynamix can provide hot-dip galvanised fans, epoxy-coated equipment and additional in-house corrosion protection treatments to extend equipment lifespan in harsh environments.
